Parker Pen Challenge Cup star Thomas Castaignede is all set to make his first international game for two years after being recalled to the French squad.
The Saracens player has been drafted into the French squad for the Autumn series in place of the injured Toulouse player Clement Poitrenaud.
An achilles injury forced Castaignede to spend almost a year on the sidelines. He is now back to full fitness and in line to face South Africa, New Zealand and Canada.
Potrenaud picked up his rib injury in Toulouse's victory over Perpignan on Saturday and is expected to be out of action for a month.
French coach Bernard Laporte also has an injury worry over centre Tony Marsh. He injured his groin in Montferrand's 37-10 defeat by Bourgoin at the weekend. Toulouse centre Xavier Garbajosa is standing by to rpelace him.
