NEC Harlequins make three changes to the starting XV that defeated London Wasps last Sunday for their Zurich Premiership match against Northampton Saints this weekend. In the centre, 19-year-old Andy Reay will make his first team debut in place of the injured Nick Greenstock.
At scrum-half, Scott Bemand comes in for the injured Nick Duncombe, with Matthew Powell taking Bemand's place on the bench.
In the pack, Luke Sherriff replaces Ace Tiatia in the back row, while Kai Horstmann and James Hayter are amongst the replacements for the first time.
'A lot has been said about our performance against London Wasps last weekend,' said Mark Evans, NEC Harlequins Chief Executive.
'However, we have to build on that by producing a similar performance against Northampton tomorrow. It will be a difficult task to get a result at Franklins Gardens, but it is a challenge we are looking forward to.'
'We have something like 11 first choice players unavailable this weekend, but it is tremendous that youngsters such as Andy Reay, Kai Horstmann, James Hayter, Luke Sherriff and Jim Evans are coming through the ranks and challenging for first team places.'
Chris Hyndman returns to the Northampton Saints team after a two year absence.
The 20-year-old made his debut for Saints against Birmingham Solihull in the Tetley's Bitter Cup in the absence of Allan Bateman, who was away with Wales on international duty.
Outside centre Hyndman went on to play against Bristol Shoguns and Newcastle Falcons during that international period, but since then has played the majority of his rugby with Northampton Saints U21s, aside from a couple of bench places this season for the first team squad.
Bruce Reihana has moved from outside centre to the wing, Chris Budgen comes in for England replacement Robbie Morris, and Oriol Ripol will start the game on the bench.
London Irish have named an unchanged side for their match against Leicester Tigers on Saturday. There are no changes to the starting line-up of the team that played Bristol last Sunday. Unavailable for selection because of injury are - Geoff Appleford (knee), Kevin Burke (knee), and Bob Casey (foot).
Meanwhile Newcastle's new signing James Christian is included in the Falcons squad who play Saracens on Saturday.
Sale Sharks travel South on Saturday evening to prepare for Sunday's Zurich Premiership game at London Wasps, with the same 22 players who featured in last week's win over Saracens.
Wasps are unbeaten at their new Adams Park home and Jim Mallinder believes it will be a tough game:'Wasps have always been a good side and showed this in the second half of last season when they got all their key players fit, and they finished well.'
'We beat Wasps three times last season but I am sure they will be looking for a win on Sunday, as we will too. We beat Saracens last Friday evening and in stages we played some good rugby, but we were punished for mistakes, which have been worked on this week in training.
'The players have trained well and we took time out to have our own Go-Karting Grand Prix on Wednesday when the players had time to relax as well as compete for Jason Robinson's GoKarting Crown! Steve Hampson, one of our conditioning staff won the event but a good time was had by all.
'It will be interesting to see whether Lawrence Dallaglio plays in the game. We are expecting him to play and, as always, he will be a big influence on the game.
'He made his comeback against us in March after a lengthy lay off and marshalled the pack well. On saying that, we have a good set of players who will be looking to earn the Sharks maximum points on Sunday to keep up the pressure on the top three.'
