Following an appeal by Xavier Garbajosa, the Toulouse player, against the two-match ban imposed on him following his dismissal for two yellow cards
in the Heineken Cup Pool 5 match at Newport on 18 October, the sanction against the player has been dropped.
The chairman of the Disciplinary Panel, Professor Lorne D Crerar exercised his authority in reviewing the decision made by the Match Commissioner and
decided that the two-match ban should be lifted.
Garbajosa is therefore eligible to continue playing with immediate effect.
