Toulouse centre Xavier Garbajosa has been given a two-match ban for receiving two yellow cards in his side's 34-19 Heineken Cup Pool 5 victory over Newport at Rodney Parade on Friday night.
The French international was sent to the sin-bin by the English referee Chris White for two technical offences.
His first offence came on the edge of a ruck in the 33rd minute, when he impeded the Newport captain Simon Raiwalui, while his second offence was in injury time at the end of the game.
The Match Commissioner, Mal Beynon of Wales, handed out the two game ban after a hearing at the end of the game. It means Garbajosa will have to miss his club's next two matches.
