at Parc des Sports Aguilera on Saturday (kick-off 3.00 pm local time).
Couzinet was suspended for the opening game at Cardiff, which Biarritz won 26-15, and is free to return against the English side. Northampton have met Biarritz twice in the Heineken Cup before, lsoing away and winning at home.
Biarritz skipper Jean-Michel Gonzalez was happy with the victory at the Arms Park, when his side became the first French team to win at the ground, but has warned against complacency.
"It's a very important match for us. We have really thrown ourselves into this competition by winning in Cardiff," said Gonzalez.
"That was a good win for us. We stuck to our game plan and got a result. We were always in the game and were very consistent, but we aren't going to get carried away with one victory.
"We will have to improve our game to beat Northampton. They are a very mobile and vigorous team and they will present an exciting challenge for us.
"We will go into the game without any fears of doing what we did against Bath last season. We underestimated Bath on that occasion and lost the game - there is no risk of that happeneing again.
"We have got a lot more experience under our belts now. Winning the French Championship last season was good for us - we don't panic and we go into games in a very cool and calm manner."
Bath, who were bottom of the English League at the time, ran out 14-6 victors in Biarritz in the opening game of last season. That defeat put a huge dent in the French side's Heineken Cup hopes and they eventually finished second in their pool seven points behind Bath.
