Toulouse prop Patrice Callazo will miss the Heineken Cup final because of an injured foot.
The French international failed a last-minute fitness test and has not been included in the 22 by coach Guy Noves. Benoit Lecouls comes into the starting lineup.
Meanwhile, Noves says Irish backrower Trevor Brennan is a valuable ally on his team's trip to Dublin.
"We are thrilled to be in the final again after seven years, and we are delighted to have a true Irishman in our team, and not just a Canadian Irishman," he said, referring to Perpignan No 8 Phil Murphy.
"We have learnt that all of Trevor's village will come to the match to offer their support for Trevor and Toulouse. We have discovered a lot about Irish rugby since Trevor joined us - as well as being an excellent player he's a super guy."
Perpignan are enjoying Dublin in the final hours before Saturday's big game.
Captain Berhard Goutta said: "We love this town, and this time we are not going to make the same mistakes as we did when we made the French Championship final in 1998.
"This time it's not good eough just to get to the final, we want to take the club back to Perpignan. I hope our supporters have come with a few extra blood and gold flags to give to the Irish supporters."
