Padova V Caerphilly Goes Live

The recent success of the Italian teams in ERC competitions has helped to raise the profile of the sport across the country.
And now rugby fans will be able to watch the PARKER PEN SHIELD semi-final first leg of Petrarca Padova v Caerphilly live on Italian Television.
Italian TV giants TELE+ announced the game will be broadcasted live on its Gold Box Channel 97 digital. The format will include pre and post-match presentation/interviews as usual, and will go to air at 1545 local time, 15 minutes before the match kicks-off.
The match is eagerly anticipated in Italy, never before has an Italian side been within touching distance of a major European final, and excitement is running at fever pitch.
Petrarca Padova sneaked past French favourites Mont de Marsan is a tense quarter-final over two legs.
