With the build-up to the Dublin 2013 European club rugby finals intensifying by the day, the four elite clubs of ASM Clermont Auvergne, Toulon, Leinster Rugby and Stade Francais Paris, who are focused on their quest for Heineken Cup and Amlin Challenge Cup silverware respectively, won't be the only clubs with Europe on their mind over the weekend of 17 and 18 May.

The ERC Board met in Dublin today (Tuesday, 2 April, 2003) and accepted the Welsh proposal that five teams will take part in ERC tournaments in the 2003 / 2004 season.
The ERC Board recognise there are many details to be resolved, such as tournament participation and shareholding commitments.
The ERC Board considers these to be a matter of absolute urgency in order to address the needs of the tournaments going forward.
On that basis, the ERC Board has agreed to meet again next Tuesday (8 April, 2003) to resolve these issues.
