England prop Graham Rowntree will miss out on Leicester Tigers' Heineken Cup final rematch with Munster at Welford Road in Sunday's quarter-final clash.
Rowntree is still suffering from the knee injury he picked up at Lansdowne Road in England's Six Nations triumph over the Irish and will miss out on locking horns again Munster's John Hayes.
"Graham was optimistic of being fit, but is still struggling with his knee and won't make it on Sunday," said Leicester Director of Rugby Dean Richards.
But there is better news for Aussie centre Rod Kafer, and England lock Ben Kay, both of who are fit for selection, and are likely to be named in the Tigers' starting line-up. Leicester will announce their squad on Friday. The game is a 17,482 sell-out, with Munster bringing 4,000 fans across from Ireland.
