Petrarca Rugby coach Rodolfo Ambrosio is setting his sights on making Round 2 of the tournament as they bid to upset 1999 Heineken Cup finalists Colomiers.
"We want to do better in the PARKER PEN CHALLENGE CUP than last year - though we were pleased with our performances in the PARKER PEN SHIELD.
"We would love to go through to Round 2 of the CHALLENGE CUP but we know that will be tough because Colomiers are a very strong side.
"We are also missing half a dozen first choice players through injury - like Marco Bortolamo, Gaston Llanos, Herve Mazzocco, Nicolas Fernandez, Fabio Fagggiotto nd Brett Sparg - which is tricky because we only have a small squad.
"But we will do our best and we are happy to be away in the first leg and then have home advantage the following weekend. The tournament is hugely important to European club rugby and we are looking forward to Saturday."
