In a repeat of last year's final, defending Heineken Cup champions Leicester face Irish heavyweights Munster at Welford Road in the quarter-finals of this season's tournament.
Leicester, going for a third consecutive Heineken Cup crown, finished second in the rankings with five wins and a draw, while Munster finished seventh after Saturday's stunning win over in-form Gloucester.
Toulouse's 29-32 loss to London Irish allowed the French club to avoid a clash with compatriots Biarritz. Instead, they host Northampton Saints, while Biarritz travel to Leinster's Donnybrook ground.
Leinster were the only one of the 24 teams in the tournament to finish with six victories.
Wales' sole representative in the last eight, Llanelli, host Perpignan as they strive to make the Cup quarter-finals for the third time in four seasons.
The eight qualifiers and their rankings for the quarter-finals of the Heineken Cup, to be played on the weekend of 11/12/13 April, are:
1 Leinster Lions (Pool 4 winners - 12 points and 22 tries)
2 Leicester Tigers (Pool 1 winners - 11 points and 31 tries)
