Wales international centre Sonny Parker has given Celtic Warriors a bonus by stating he expects to be fit in time for his side's assault on the Heineken Cup.
Parker's last competitive rugby saw him scoring a fine try against New Zeland in the Rugby World Cup, but he left the field clutching his shoulder soon after with damage to the AC joint.
'I know it looked bad at the time but I would have been able to play in the semi-final if we'd made it.
'I was gutted at having to miss the England game, but that's the way it goes.
'I'm hoping to play for the Warriors against Edinburgh in the Celtic League, ' he said.
That tie takes place against Calvisano at the Brewery Field on Friday December 5 at 1915.
