An independent Disciplinary Committee has been appointed by ERC to hear a citing complaint lodged by Connacht following the Parker Pen Challenge Cup semi-final first leg match between NEC Harlequins and Connacht on Sunday, 11 April.
The Disciplinary Committee will comprise Paul Mauriac (FFR, Chairman), Terry Vaux (WRU) and Mal Beynon (WRU) and will conduct the hearing in Dublin on Wednesday, 21 April, 2004.
The citing complaint against NEC Harlequins player Tani Fuga alleges stamping on an opposition player.
