An independent Disciplinary Committee will meet in Dublin at 10.30am on Wednesday, 25 February, to hear citing complaints lodged by London Wasps with ERC (organisers of the Heineken Cup) following Round 6 of the Heineken Cup.
ERC received citing complaints against Perpignan players made by London Wasps in regard to their Heineken Cup Pool 6 match played on Sunday, 1 February, 2004.
The independent Disciplinary Committee will comprise Rod McKenzie (SRU, Chairman), Phil Orr (IRFU) and Terry Vaux (WRU).
NOTES TO EDITORS:
a) A citing complaint must be made, in writing, and received by the Disciplinary Officer within 50 hours of the start of the match
b) The independent Disciplinary Committee is chosen by the Chairman of Discipline, Professor Lorne Crerar
c) The panel normally consists of a legal expert (Chairman), an eminent rugby administrator and former player
d) No member may be chosen from a country whose club is a party to the complaint
e) Both parties are entitled to be present at the hearing
