Bath Rugby and Montferrand will clash on the Saturdays with NEC Harlequins and Connacht having Sunday showdowns (all kick-offs 13.00 GMT).
Both legs of the Bath Rugby against Montferrand semi-final will also be shown live on Sport + as the profile of the Parker Pen Challenge Cup reaches new heights.
The Parker Pen Challenge Cup final will take place on the weekend of 21 / 22 / 23 May, with the winner gaining automatic qualification for the 2004 / 2005 Heineken Cup tournament.
