Munster will be without two players for the start of their Heineken Cup bid after Shaun Payne and Donncha O'Callaghan were both ruled out of Saturday's clash with NEC Harlequins at Thomond Park.
South African-born centre Payne, who was called up to the Irish national squad during their summer Test series against the Springboks, was injured in last weekend's handsome win over Cardiff Blues in the Celtic League.
Meanwhile Ireland lock O'Callaghan has yet to recover from a calf muscle problem that has kept him out since April.
Munster are yet to confirm their starting line up, but have released the following squad from which they will select their 22.
Munster: P Burke, C Cullen, P Devlin, J Kelly, R Henderson, A Horgan, J Holland, M Lawlor, R O'Gara, M Prendergast, P Stringer, J Storey. T Bowman, A Foley, J Flannery, M Horan, T Hogan, J Hayes, S Keogh, D Leamy, G McIlwham, P O'Connell, A Quinlan, F Sheahan, J Williams, D Wallace.
