Edinburgh coach Frank Hadden praised his side's defence after their 23-0 shutout of Leeds Tykes at Headlingly.
"People will maybe say the win wasn't worth as much because we scored two interception tries, but the Leeds mistakes were created by our pressure from defence.
"It was a wonderful display when you consider we only had one training session all week because of Scotland commitments. Even that single session was all about attack and we only chatted about our defensive game."
Leeds coach Phil Davies was disappointed at his side's performance, but said unbeaten Edinburgh were still some way from topping the pool.
"We spilled the ball and they capitalised. We learned a few hard lessons," said the former Wales international.
"It would not be a surprise to me if Edinburgh reached the knock-out stages, but it will be some contest in the last game.
"Toulouse are great in attack - while Edinburgh are rock solid in defence."
