ERC is delighted to announce that the Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism, John O'Donoghue T.D. will conduct the draw with ERC chairman Jean-Pierre Lux.
The draw will now take place at 13:00 sharp, with the media invited to attend from 12:30, on Tuesday, 3 February, 2004.
