Perpignan coach Olivier Saisset has named a powerful lineup for Saturday's trip to Calvisano.
The French heavyweights need a bonus-point win after their opening-round loss to London Wasps, and Saisset isn't taking any chances against the Italian club, despite beating them 48-7 at Stade Aime Giral last weekend.
Australian Manny Edmonds will run things from fly-half, while the backrow trio of Gregory Le Corvec, Jerome Labat and Jerome Fillol is one of the best in Europe.
The side will be captained by inside centre Christophe Manas, while England international Dan Luger slots in on the left wing - both players scored a brace of tries last weekend.
Perpignan: F Cermeno; P Bomati, D Marty, C Manas (capt), D Luger; M Edmonds, J Fillol; P Freshwater, N Grelon, N Mas, C Gaston, M O'Driscoll, G Le Corvec, L Mallier, J Labat.
Replacements: A Moreno, F Tournaire, V Debaty, S Hunt, N Laharrague, P Giodani, T Stimpson.
