Llanelli Scarlets - the most successful of the new Welsh regions so far with two wins out of two - are sweating on the fitness of hugely influential No 8 Scott Quinnell for the visit of Agen to Stradey Park on Friday night.
Quinnell suffered a shoulder injury in the weekend win over Neath-Swansea Ospreys with Director of Rugby Gareth Jenkins sounding a cautious "it is a bit early to judge - we will have to wait and see."
Former Wales captain Quinnell has had two massive games as the Scarlets set out their stall for the 2003/4 compeition.
Under their previous guise, Llanelli reached the semi-finals in both 2000 and 2002, losing to the eventual champions (Northampton and Leicester Tigers) on both occasions, and are expected to progress to the latter stages of this year's competition.
