London Irish, Northampton Saints, Worcester Warriors and Saracens are home and dry in the European Challenge Cup quarter-finals - but the final Pool winner and three best runners-up are still in the melting pot.
The Exiles have also booked home advantage in the quarter-finals in April with Saracens and 2000 Heineken Cup champions Northampton Saints having done enough to put one foot firmly in the home tie door.
Worcester Warriors still need to get a result at home to Petrarca Rugby while in Pool 4 there is plenty for not only leaders Brive but also Overmach Rugby Parma and Newcastle Falcons to play for in the final batch of Pool matches. And Overmach Rugby Parma and Viadana are both still in the mix and have a bit of European history in their sights as no Italian team has ever qualified for the tournament last eight.
"Obviously we are in a strong position going into this final game against Toulon," said Jim Mallinder, the Saints Director of Rugby.
"We are at the top of the Pool going into Round 6 and obviously we are pleased with how the tournament has gone so far but the game is still very important.
"Although our qualification is assured - and potentially even the home quarter-final - we want momentum and we want to win games.
"And we have a good home record. We don't know what team Toulon will send over to us but we will just concentrate on preparing properly and making sure we are mentally ready and in good physical shape for the match.
"We've had a good look at the opposition through the Top 14 which has helped us assess the style of rugby the French teams play and we have seen what Toulon are capable of.
"We want to play with ambition and width and move the ball and sometimes mistakes are made. That was obvious in our game last week against Montpellier but we had some great passages of play which are very encouraging going into this final game.
"I know that perhaps the interest isn't going to be there for Toulon in terms of progressing in this competition but everyone wants to win games and they have a fantastic squad of players so, whoever they send over, they will be very competitive.
"They have some really talented individuals and if they play well together they can be a real force.
"They are fighting for each other, for Toulon and for the future and you can't gauge how a team is going to be in these conditions."
