Leicester will face the Ospreys in the do or die match at the Liberty Stadium without two of their first choice players.
Lewis Moody broke his ankle in training yesterday and has been ruled out for two months while centre Dan Hipkiss Dan is out for up to six weeks after the centre was told he needed knee surgery.
Hipkiss, 26, picked up the injury against Bath - with Hipkiss also tearing his hamstring at the same time.
But Hipkiss, who has 20 European appearances including four this season, remaining positive in the face of a long period on the sidelines
"Injuries are occupational hazards of the game," he told the Leicester Mercury. "I need a cartilage repaired and will probably be out for four to six weeks.
"The operation is not something I can put off because it is not getting any better.
"The hamstring tear was quite a big one and would have probably kept me out for four weeks or so anyway.
"It's not ideal but it's nothing serious. I am trying not to worry about it. That's the way it goes sometimes."
