Ospreys management have issued ticket information for fans ahead of the near-sell out meeting with two-times Heineken Cup winners Leicester Tigers.
Ospreys fans still to buy their tickets for next Saturday's crunch Pool 3 decider the Tigers are being advised that the best way to buy them over the next few days will be via the Ospreys website at
www.ospreysrugby.com.
More than 14,000 tickets have already been sold for the big match which will decide who tops the Pool and progresses to the knockout stages, and a second Liberty Stadium capacity crowd in under a month is anticipated, following on from the 20,520 crowd who watched the Ospreys defeat local rivals the Scarlets over Christmas.
The Liberty Stadium Ticket Office is anticipating a busy few days as Swans fans rush to get their hands on tickets for their big cup match, and while one counter will be reserved for Ospreys only sales during this period, supporters who would prefer to avoid queues should access the online facility where they can purchase their tickets in minutes. It is also anticipated that the Ticket Hotline will also be extremely busy over this period, with both outlets getting back to normal around Tuesday/Wednesday of next week.
Ospreys Managing Director Roger Blyth commented: "All indications are pointing towards us enjoying another capacity crowd for the Leicester Tigers match with more than 14,000 already sold and more than a week still to go until the day of the game. Obviously, the Swans winning their FA Cup match on Tuesday evening means that the Ticket Office will be exceptionally busy over the next few days with their supporters picking up tickets for the Portsmouth game and our supporters snapping up Leicester tickets.
"To make it easier during this period, our advice is to take advantage of the online option, which will allow you to purchase your tickets in minutes at your own convenience, but for those who do prefer to buy in person, there will be one counter selling Ospreys tickets only during the busy period.
"Next Saturday is set to be another landmark occasion for the Ospreys, with a record Heineken Cup crowd for the region watching a titanic battle between two great sides with a place in the Quarter Finals at stake. I'm sure it will be a day to remember."
