Ticket sales for Heineken Cup Round 5 clash at Twickenham between Guinness Premiership champions London Wasps and the Magners League holders, Leinster Rugby, have now reached 30,000.
Moving this game of international calibre to the home of English rugby, Wasps have opened the lower bowl with a capacity of 30,000 and have successfully tripled the capacity of Adams Park for this do or die game which will mark the biggest home game crowd in the club's history.
London Wasps CEO Tony Copsey said, "We are delighted that our desire to take this game to Twickenham has been realized with such great success. With so much on the line, on the pitch, the show of support will make this not only a fantastic match, but also a great rugby day out.
"Reaching sales of 30,000 shows the support behind the players but also highlights the work of our commercial marketing team who have worked extremely hard to take this game to such a standing. Our challenge moving forward will be to continue to unlock this potential.
"With a limited number of further tickets available we encourage people to buy now to ensure they are a part of this massive game."
