Harlequins coach Dean Richards knows his side missed a chance to qualify for the final eight of the Heineken Cup on Saturday.
Richards watched on as his side lost their unbeaten record in Pool four to an Ulster side who upset the form book to clinch an close out an impressive 21-10 win.
"But we're still top of the pool and there's still everything to play for. We're disappointed with this loss but our destiny is still in our own hands."
The English side left without even a bonus point, and have a six-point lead over second placed Stade Francais Paris who play tomorrow.
"We destroyed Ulster in the scrums but we chose to play into the wind and that first half was very difficult. We started to get on top but our discipline wasn't good enough," said Richards.
The result means Quins will have to beat the Scarlets next week to make it to the Heineken Cup quarter-finals for the first time since 1997.
