Pool 2 leaders Connacht are faced with a number of injury concerns ahead of their trip to Sixways to face Worcester Warriors.
Michael Bradley's men have enjoyed a superb start to their 2009/10 Amlin Challenge Cup campaign, with a bonus-point victory over Olympus Rugby XV Madrid followed by a stunning win at French Top 14 side Montpellier.
Those results see the Irish province approach the double header against the Warriors with high hopes of reaching the knockout stages for the seventh time.
But if Connacht are to cement their spot at the top of the Pool 2 standings with victory on English soil this Saturday, they may have to do so without a quartet of influential players.
Former Ireland Under-20 lock Andrew Browne has now been added to a growing list of doubtfuls which also includes outside back Troy Nathan, prop Jamie Hagan and former London Wasps flanker Johnny O'Connor.
On a positive front, new signing George Naoupu has been declared fit to face Worcester.
The Kiwi back rower agreed to join the province from Super 14 outfit the Highlanders at the end of last month.
A former New Zealand U21 star, the 26-year-old is in line to make his first appearance in Connacht colours after signing on until the end of the season.
