The Scarlets are one of only four teams still able to boast two from two - with Biarritz Olympique, Stade Français Paris and Toulouse the others in a tournament that will climax in the 15th Heineken Cup final at Stade de France on Saturday, 22 May, 2010.
But coach Nigel Davies insists they will be the underdogs when they clash with defending champions Leinster at Parc y Scarlets on Saturday.
"Leinster will come here as the firm favorites," he declared.
"You look at the quality of their side and they have the Irish backline. They have a belief which has grown over the last three years that they can come and win matches. It will be a huge game for us and we can't look any further than that.
"And I don't think our win over them in the Magners League will have any impact so it is a massive match and I'm sure we will have a capacity crowd. Both teams will be desperate to win. They will still be hurting from their opening defeat and a win could put a lot right for them.
"We have had a lean period in Europe but there has been a lot of hard work over the last year to turn things around and it's pleasing to achieve that at such an early stage.
But we still have a long way to go to be up with the best teams in Europe. You only have to take a look at Leinster who won the cup last year; they have built their game over the previous four or five years to be at that point.
"We're in year one of the process. There will be lows on the way but we're certainly going in the right direction. The fans will be crucial as we are starting to generate a good atmosphere here. The more people we get in for the game will make a huge difference. It's going to be a special occasion as it's a great fixture and the intensity from us will be raised a couple of notches."
