Danny Care will be available for Round 4 of the Heineken Cup after being issued with a one-week suspension that ends on December 17.
With Harlequins having already imposed an internal suspension on their star scrum-half prior to last weekend's defeat to Sale Sharks, Care will now be able to take part in the rematch at Edgeley Park on Sunday.
The England international was today banned as a result of a dangerous tackle on Rhys Oakley during the Guinness Premiership match against Leeds Carnegie on December 4, with the suspension being backdated to December 10 - the day on which he was suspended by his club.
Care's place in the starting line up for last weekend's 29-19 home defeat by Sale was taken by Karl Dickson, with Steve So'oialo named on the bench.
The 22-year-old is expected to return to the Quins XV this week, with either Dickson or So'oialo likely to drop out of the matchday 22.
