All eyes will be on national causes when Wales and Ireland collide in the 2009 RBS Six Nations Championship decider at the Millennium Stadium on Saturday.
But for 21 of those involved in the climax of the tournament attention will then swiftly switch to the Heineken Cup quarter-final showdown between defending champions Munster and the Ospreys at Thomond Park three weeks later.
Because, once the dust has settled on another international tournament, 11 Munstermen and 10 Ospreys could well go head-to-head all over again in European club rugby's premier competition.
In the Irish squad bidding for only their nation's second Grand Slam - and that sole triumph all of 61 years ago - will be the pride of Munster in Millennium Stadium starters Ronan O'Gara, Tomas O'Leary, Marcus Horan, Jerry Flannery, John Hayes, Donncha O'Callaghan, Paul O'Connell and David Wallace. On the bench will be Mick O'Driscoll, Denis Leamy and Peter Stringer.
Wales will kick-off on Saturday with Ospreys stars Lee Byrne, Gavin Henson, Shane Williams, Mike Phillips, Adam Jones, Ian Gough, Alun-Wyn Jones, Huw Bennett and Ryan Jones out in the middle with James Hook waiting in the wings if required.
