Only two weeks after Ireland's historic Six Nations Grand Slam win the majority of the victorious squad will face-off as Munster and Leinster meet in the Magners League at Thomond Park on Saturday.
And if there isn't enough to play for with Munster and Leinster only separated by just three points at the top of the Magners table, Head Coaches Tony McGahan and Michael Cheika will also be looking ahead to their respective Heineken Cup quarter-finals and a potential European semi-final meeting at Croke Park.
Both provinces won at the weekend with Munster defeating Glasgow, while Leinster overcame Ulster at the RDS and will be hoping to keep their winning form ahead their must win Heineken Cup quarter-finals against the Ospreys and Harlequins on Sunday, 12 April.
Wins for both Irish provinces sets up the mouth watering prospect of an All-Ireland European showdown at the Croke Park on the weekend of 2/3 May.
