Paul O'Connell: "Anything can happen in a one-off game and our matches against Leinster are probably some of the tightest we play each year. Leinster have been improving in recent times and it promises to be a fabulous occasion, for players, fans and the TV audience.
"There has been a lot of hype and a lot of pressure this week but pressure make you perform and this is the sort of game you want to play in.
"There is tremendous experience throughout our squad and many of us have had a lot of big games with Munster and Ireland so the build up has not been as difficult as when we were younger.
"Croke Park is a fabulous place to play and we have had some great games here with Ireland so it is superb that we are now having a game of such importance at the ground. The atmosphere is going to be incredible.
"In 2006, in the semi-final and final, and the 2008 final it was sensational and I think this match will be right up there again tomorrow.
"It was very unfortunate for Thomas (O'Leary) to get injured when he did but we have got a strong squad and Peter Stringer has loads of experience and is a great guy to have to step in.
Leo Cullen: "We are the underdogs but we will give it our best shot and everyone is very excited about the whole thing. We had a chance to train on the ground, which was great and now we just want the match to start.
"A few of us have been around for a good while and Leinster have probably not done as well as we would have liked in this competition.
"We are not getting any younger so we probably have only got a few more years of opportunities and we have to maximise massive occasions like this when we get in these positions.
"A win is all you want at this stage and it is all about knockout rugby on the day.
"Looking back at the Harlequins quarter-final there were defensive aspects we were really pleased with but from an attack point of view we felt a bit disappointed.
"There are always areas you want to improve on and what we are desperate for tomorrow is getting a good start and taking our opportunities."
