Heineken Cup finalists Leinster ran in seven tries as they put the Scarlets to the sword in their last home game of the season.
There were three tries with the wind in the first-half and four more against it in the second as the Dubliners continued where they left off against Munster in last weekend's Heineken Cup semi-final at Croke Park with a 45-8 Magners League triumph.
British & Irish Lions in waiting, Luke Fitzgerald and Brian O'Driscoll, bagged three of the tries and man of the match Jonny Sexton helped himself to 13 points as he showed he is more than capable of filling the gap left by the injury suffered by Felipe Contepomi.
"Everybody wants to play in the Heineken Cup final in two weeks time and we will all be playing for Felipe," said Sexton.
"This is the time of the season when the trophies are handed out and we wanted to put on a big display for our fans in our last home game ahead of the European final in Edinburgh."
Two tries from Fitzgerald before the break helped Leinster into a 21-8 lead. O'Driscoll joined the party in the second half as the Scarlets were left floundering.
