Biarritz Olympique captain Thomas Lièvremont returns to the team this weekend as the French Champions continue preparations for the Heineken Cup Final.
Biarritz Olympique Pays Basque announced the return of Lièvremont for the Basque derby against Bayonne on Saturday. The captain suffered a groin injury during the Heineken Cup quarter-final against Sale Sharks on 2 April and missed the semi-final win over Bath.
The inspirational captain Lièvremont has amassed 38 appearances in the Heineken Cup and is expected to return to Heineken Cup action in the final against Munster on Saturday 20 May.
Biarritz Olympique Pays Basque have announced the team to welcome Bayonne on Saturday at 17:30 (local time) at Stade Aguiléra:
