Munster star Anthony Foley will miss his first Heineken Cup game for almost a decade, after suffering a shoulder injury in his side's thrilling, last-gasp win over Leicester Tigers.
The Heineken Cup's most capped player underwent a scan on his right shoulder on Monday.
Further investigated was required, and Foley will see a specialist on Tuesday to find out how long we will be sidelined.
Foley, the Heineken's cup third leading try scorer, with 22 tries, has played in 77 of Munster's 78 Heineken Cup matches, with his only absence occurring in 1997 when Harlequins beat Munster 48-40 at the Stoop.
