Dean Ryan has paid tribute to the 1,500 Gloucester supporters who made the trip to Dublin last weekend - and believes they have a major part to play against Agen on Saturday.
Tickets for the second round match at Kingsholm are still available and Ryan told www.gloucesterrugby.co.uk "The support in Ireland was great - we are always guaranteed a fantastic following in the Premiership but European games are something else.
"When we arrived supporters were already in the ground and it gives the players a huge lift. In games of this intensity, and again at the weekend, it is these small margins that can really make the difference.
"We need everybody - both on and off the pitch - to play their part. This weekend is a massive test and to have Kingsholm full for a Heineken Cup match will be a very special experience for the players."
Gloucester are offering season ticket holders a discount when purchasing additional tickets for family or friends for the pool games against Agen and Edinburgh.
The game is included in the season ticket package but members will be able to purchase up to two adult standing tickets for both Saturday's crucial game and the visit of Edinburgh Gunners on Saturday, December 9 and receive £2 off each ticket.
Tickets are still available under the early purchase scheme until tomorrow at the ticket office, from the ticket hotline number on 0871 871 8781 (option 2) or online at www.gloucesterrugby.co.uk.
The Kingsholm ticket office will remain open until 6.30pm tomorrow (Thursday) and 3.30pm on Friday. It will be open on the day of the match at 10am. Tickets are available in the Buildbase Stand, Shed and terrace.
