George Hook and Brent Pope hit the road to meet grassroot Heineken Cup supporters in new TV Show, as part of RTE's Heineken Cup coverage.
In this new television programme, beginning on Wednesday 18th October on RTÉ Two, George Hook and Brent Pope visit rugby clubs around Ireland stimulating impassioned debate and discussion on the Heineken Cup with the grassroots supporters.
Each programme will be broadcast live from a different rugby club from around Ireland where special guests and the live audience will join our inimitable hosts to discuss and debate the burning issues surrounding the latest Heineken Cup action. One thing is for certain, it won't be just Hook and Pope doing the talking! In honour of the reigning Heineken Cup champions, the first show will be broadcast live from the Young Munster Rugby Football Club in Limerick.

RTÉ Radio 1 will provide comprehensive live coverage of the Heineken Cup throughout the season with commentary from Michael Corcoran and Ciaran Fitzgerald. RTÉ Radio 1's live coverage begins on Saturday 21st October at 5.30pm, with Leinster v Gloucester live from Landsdowne Road.
RTÉ Television will broadcast extended highlights of all of Munster and Leinster's Heineken Cup games both home and away. Presented by Tom McGurk, the television coverage will also feature in-depth analysis of each of these games with our unrivalled team of panellists which includes; Brent Pope, George Hook, Ciaran Fitzgerald and Conor O'Shea.
