The pair picked up knocks in Munster's all Irish Magner's League clash with Connacht last weekend.
Centre Murphy injured his shoulder, while back row Wallace, who will pick up an ERC Elite award for reaching 50 caps should he play on Sunday, left the field with a knee injury.
A Munster spokesman said: "Both players picked up minor injuries on Sunday, but we expect them to be available for our matches against the Cardiff Blues"
However, Mick O' Driscoll, who came on as a replacement in last year's final, will miss the both matches.
The Ireland lock picked up an ankle injury in training and is expected to be out of action until the New Year.
He joins Marcus Horan on the sick list after the prop sustained a calf injury in the Autumn International against Australia.
The loose-head is also expected to be out of action until the early 2007.
Munster won the game against Connacht 13-0, through a Christian Cullen try and eight points from the boot of Ronan O'Gara.
