Munster duo David Wallace and Alan Quinlan are the latest members of the ERC Elite 50 club...
Is this the greatest Heineken Cup back row of all time? Certainly it is the most experienced.
The 'Big Daddy' in the middle, Anthony Foley, may have been missing from the starting line-up in the champions' record breaking sixth successive away victory at Cardiff Arms Park last weekend, but he was still on hand to congratulate Anthony Quinlan and David Wallace on joining the ERC Elite Award '50' cap club.
Foley was the founding father of the tournament's '50' cap club and leads the way with 77 appearances. Quinlan and Wallace became the eighth and ninth members of the Munster squad to qualify for an Elite Award and Quinlan capped it all by picking up the Heineken Man of the Match trophy in his side's 22-12 win.
There are now 36 players who have reached the 50 Heineken Cup milestone - nine of them from Munster and a further eight solely from Irish provinces.
