Toulouse and French captain Fabien Pelous will face a hearing for an alleged elbow to Australia hooker Brendan Cannon during Saturday's international test.
Pelous' case will be heard in London on Wednesday and the double Heineken Cup winner could face a lengthy suspension that would rule him out of further international and Heineken Cup action in 2005.
The 60 times Heineken Cup capped Pelous has scored seven tries for Toulouse in tournament and would be sorely missed by the champions for their Round 3 clash with Edinburgh Gunners in Murrayfield on Saturday 10 December.
