Pool Five includes 1998 Heineken Cup champions Bath Rugby, as well as Leinster, Bourgoin and Glasgow.
Bath and England forward Steve Borthwick believes that Pool Five of the Heineken Cup will serve up some extremely exciting contests despite the fact that Bath Rugby, Leinster and Bourgoin all faced each other in the pool stages of last seasons competition.
The England international second row said that facing the same opposition will add extra spice to the occasion after some exciting games between the sides last season.
It is a tough group, theres no doubt about that, said Steve. We have a massive challenge ahead as both Leinster and Bourgoin are very good sides, whilst Glasgow are the Scottish champions - the competition will be intense.
Glasgow Head Coach is happy with his teams Pool. "It's as good as we could have hoped for. We had a tough draw last season. But all of the games this time, too, will be challenging. That's to be expected at this level, he said.
"We have a realistic chance of getting to the quarter-finals if we can win our home games and pick up at least one away win. We've played Bourgoin and Leinster in the past in Europe, and we've won our home games against them then," he added.
