Joel Jutge will go out on his own when he referees the Heineken Cup quarter-final between Leinster and Leicester Tigers at Lansdowne Road on Saturday, 2 April (17.15).
It will be the 31st time the 38-year-old French official has taken charge of Heineken Cup matches - one more than Irishman Alan Lewis.
Jutge will have been an ever present in this season's tournament after refereeing matches in all six rounds of the Pools stage and now the high profile quarter-finals.
Irish referee Alain Rolland was the only other official to be on duty in all six rounds and he also makes it seven from seven in the 10th anniversary season of European club rugby's leading tournament when he controls the clash between Stade Francais Paris and Newcastle Falcons at Parc des Princes, also on Saturday, 2 April (16.00).
While Rolland will be in the middle for his 19th Heineken Cup match, Welshman Nigel Williams will be in charge for a 25th tournament contest when he gets the knock-out stages underway at Le Stadium on Friday, 1 April, when Toulouse host Northampton Saints (20.30).
And Chris White of England will move onto the 29-match mark when he referees the final quarter-final of the weekend when Biarritz Olympique take on Munster at Estadio Anoeta in San Sebastian, Spain, on Sunday, 2 April (16.00).
