Munster lock Paul O'Connell has been found guilty of punching in the Six Nations match against Wales and banned for two weeks, but will be back in action in time for his side's Heineken Cup quarter-final clash with Biarritz Olympique.
Munster play the French side in San Sebastian on Sunday, 3 April for a place in the last four of European club rugby's premier competition and will be boosted by the news of O'Connell's availability.
O'Connell was cited by the independent Match Commissioner following a second half incident involving opposite number Robert Sidoli in the RBS Six Nations match against Wales in the Millennium Stadium.
It was found that the incident for which the player had been cited in the RBS Six Nations match against France in Rome on Saturday, 19 March was reckless and would not have warranted a red card.
The citing was not upheld and the player is free to continue playing with immediate effect.
