With the build-up to the Dublin 2013 European club rugby finals intensifying by the day, the four elite clubs of ASM Clermont Auvergne, Toulon, Leinster Rugby and Stade Francais Paris, who are focused on their quest for Heineken Cup and Amlin Challenge Cup silverware respectively, won't be the only clubs with Europe on their mind over the weekend of 17 and 18 May.

Saracens will start without Andy Farrell

Saracens' Andy Farrell has been ruled out for eight weeks and will miss the opening two rounds of the Heineken Cup.
Farrell picked up the injury in a training match just a week before the start of the season. Despite initial scans, the problem wasn't identified until explorative surgery this week revealed the player was suffering from deep bone bruising.
The former Great Britain Rugby League captain joined Saracens from Wigan in March. Farrell will miss Saracens' Cup opener against French champions Biarritz Olympique on Sunday, 23 October and their away trip to Treviso in Round 2.
Commenting on the loss of Farrell, Saracens Head Coach Mike Ford said: "We're obviously disappointed that Andy has been ruled out for a further period of time. But now he's had the surgery, we're pleased that the healing process has begun and we look forward to welcoming him back on the pitch."
