Heineken Cup finalists Stade Français Paris travel to 10th place Brive this Friday in their first of three games in eight days in the French Championship.
The Parisian club, currently holding the third play-off spot in the TOP 16 will have to forego the services of Argentinean scrum half Augustin Pichot who sprained his ankle earlier in the week. The Paris number 9 will almost certainly miss the club's mid-week trip to Auch on the 10th May and the Narbonne game on the 14th but hopes to be back in play for the Heineken Final on the 22nd.
This injury has forced Stade to bring back Skrela at 10 who has been declared fit to play despite suffering on-going discomfort in his ribs. Heineken semi-final hero Fillol will return to 9 to cover for the injured Pichot. Although Stade Français have relieved the pressure they were under by gaining a play-off spot and the Heineken Cup final place, they will be facing a Brive side who have brought down both Toulouse and Biarritz this season.
Stade Français are not returning to Paris after their game on Friday and will instead stay in the south in preparation for their game against Auch on Tuesday.
