Independent Appeal Committee Decisions - Harlequins & Club Officials

The written decisions concerning the four appeals lodged by the ERC's Disciplinary Officer, with regard to the sanction imposed on the club (Harlequins) and the Misconduct complaints against the three club officials...
... have now been completed by the chairman of the independent Appeal Committee and issued to all parties.

The four decisions are available to view in one PDF document in the ERC Disciplinary Hearing section of the Disciplinary News page on ercrugby.com. 

Please scowl down to the list of PDF judgments to where the top document entitled “Independent Appeal Decisions on ERC Appeals re Harlequins and Officials” and dated 17 August (date of hearing) can be read.

The decisions relate to the independent Appeal Committee which convened in Glasgow on 17 August and heard five appeals relating to Misconduct complaints arising from the Heineken Cup quarter-final match between Harlequins and Leinster at the Twickenham Stoop on 12 April.
