Saint Andre said, "We won this competition in my first full season here and we are aiming to repeat this. The European Challenge Cup is a very important competition and gives a passport to the Heineken Cup.
"Our group is a tough one as we have to play Montpellier, Bayonne and Pardova. It's not just a case of winning the group either, as we have to aim to win well to secure a home tie in the Quarter Final Stages."
Speaking about Thursday evening's game the Sale boss said, "I watched Montpellier play on television last weekend and whilst they lost the game, they are a useful side as they beat Perpignan at home in the first game of the season."
