Newport Gwent Dragons coach Paul Turner admitted his side are not good enough to reach the Heineken Cup quarter-finals after being beaten at home by London Irish.
They lost 45-17, their second defeat in the competition and Turner realised it will be a tough road in from there, with their next two games against Italians Treviso home and away.

"We are what we are really. I talked to a group of supporters in Perpignan who asked if we could make the quarter-finals and realistically no - and that was after a good performance last week," admitted Turner.
"We have not got a strong enough squad to be in that depth in Europe - we have got to take this on the chin.
"It is usually last man standing in Europe and we do not have the strength in depth to really challenge."
Turner was disappointed in the performance, especially as more was expected from his side after they had opened their Heineken Cup campaign with a losing bonus point in Perpignan.
"As a coach you get built up all week and we were playing a side filled with Argentinians, Samoans, England halfbacks, Irish internationals - and you felt we are not that far ahead of this side," he said.
"However Rodney Parade is a good place for us if we can get our game right and we felt in the first five minutes that was starting to happen, but at this level you have got to take your chances two or three went begging for us.
"However in reality that game went away from us in 20 minutes, but I am not going to go away and shoot myself over it because I know what these players are like and they will come back stronger.
"We got too tight on occasions and allowed them to run outside us to create the chances that they did.
"It would have been great if it had been six tries to four, we had two chances, but the game was gone as a contest in those first 30 minutes."
