The "House Full" signs are going up at the club rugby grounds across Europe as the big kick-off to the 13th season of the Heineken Cup rapidly approaches.
On Wednesday Stade Français Paris sold the last of their 12,000 tickets for their Pool 3 match against Harlequins at Stade Jean Bouin and there is not a ticket to spare for Leinster's Pool 6 Dublin showdown against double champions Leicester Tigers at the 18,500-capacity RDS.
Ulster Rugby have increased the capacity at Ravenhill for their Pool 2 clash with Gloucester Rugby to 13,056 and the 1999 champions expect the last few tickets to be snapped up before kick-off.
And London Wasps could launch their defence of the title against 2006 champions Munster at the Ricoh Arena tomorrow in front of the biggest crowd of the opening round.
Advance sales have already topped 17,000 and there is the possibility of 20,000 to be present for the collision of the 2006 and 2007 champions.
The ever increasing popularity of the Heineken Cup is summed up by Max Guazzini, the Stade Français Paris president.
"The tournament gets bigger and bigger and we wanted to take the Cardiff Blues game to the Parc des Princes but, sadly, PSG are worried about us damaging their pitch and the Stade de France is not available that weekend," he said.
"It is certainly an aim of Stade Français to be looking at these venues for our Pool matches."
