The two time Heineken Cup finalists Stade Francais look to set to have a modern state of the art and environmentally friendly stadium to host European games in the future.
Following a competition to design a new stadium for the growing metropolitan club - the judges have selected a project with a 20,000 all seater capacity with unique environmentally friendly features.
The new stadium will include green spaces and tree lined public squares for fans to gather. Another interesting element of the project is a system designed to collect rain to water the pitch and green spaces.
The stadium will include a commercial mall and a car park with 500 plus places.
