Italian international back David Bortolussi will be out of the Six Nations Tournament and could miss the European Challenge Cup quarter-final against Worcester due to an ankle injury.
The Italy and Montpellier kicker, Bortolussi, injured himself during a club training session this week and could be out of action for between four and six weeks. The injury rules him out of the remaining Six Nations matches and could mean that he will be unavailable for the European Challenge Cup quarter-final in Worcester on Saturday 5th April 2008.
One of the best three seconds, Montpellier have never play against Worcester.
The Montpellier top points scorer has earned 20 caps in the European Challenge Cup and already experience European glory when he won the European Shield in 2004 with the southern French club.
